One of our most unique projects!
The homeowners wanted
something blue to match with
their neighbors deck and their
shed. This project started with
a demo of the existing concrete
which was 12" thick in some
places. We made a platform for
the A/C unit to rest on and lifted
it while we tore the pad out from
underneath it. It remained
suspended during the entire
stamping process and stayed up
until the concrete was fully
cured and sealed.
The border and stamp runs all
the way to the house.
We don't take shortcuts.
This one also has our most
popular stamp
"heavy stone texture"
with 3 colors broadcasted and
finished into the surface.
its got our large flagstone relief
cuts in the back patio and
straight cuts in the front walk
to mimic the sidewalk.
We built a new set of steps
with a 1.5" cantilevered edge,
and cut stone style tread face
then gave all the sides a coating
of parge. Last we replaced their
old bilco door with a beautiful
new one.
